It is now mandated by Massachusetts Law that every real estate licensee demonstrate that they have completed 12 hours of State Mandatory Continuing Education Requirements when renewing their R.E. license as of January 1, 1999.

According to Massachusetts Law to be eligible to take the Massachusetts Broker's Exam you must take 30 hours of classroom time and have worked for a Broker for one year.
