EMAR Goals and Objectives

• To be the center of all education efforts and requirements for both our Members and all Licensees as well.
• To be the source for information regarding local community market customs and REALTOR^® protocol for our areas.
• To educate our Members on the impact of governmental actions, at all levels, can and do impact on private property rights. We also seek to influence policy makers at all levels during the development process.
• To be a vital clearing house for technical and business services for Members and the public.
• To be a constant source of information and activity aimed at promoting the importance and image of REALTOR^®.
