Our Association has been serving REALTOR® needs and those of multiple communities for over 60 years.

Our present Board of Directors is comprised of REALTORS® representing Members whose markets include: Medford, Wakefield, Malden, Wilmington, Reading, Lynnfield, Burlington, Stoneham, among others.

Our full time Chief Executive Officer and Staff boast well over 50 years of combined REALTOR® experience and service to EMAR, with emphasis on the individual REALTOR® Member, their needs come first!

EMAR’s twelve month, full service Board dues have been one of the lowest in the State, and have not increased in several years.

EMAR has shown its commitment to education by opening the Eastern Middlesex Real Estate Academy, a fully licensed school. The academy offers continuing education classes, designation courses and pre-licensing classes.

The Academy offers high quality classes with experienced instructors, at convenient times and competitive admission fees. This is what the Members tell us that they want!

EMAR is well represented at the Massachusetts State Association with 7 State Directors.

Since the state is divided into multi-REALTOR® regions, the Northeast region consists of 4 REALTOR® Associations. EMAR is one of the four Associations in this prestigious location. Since 1998 to the present, the majority of Northern Region Vice Presidents have been EMAR members. At the state level, EMAR continues to have leadership representation. Several of our members have served as Focus Vice Presidents of various major groups; i.e., Professional Standards; Government Affairs; Education; and Technology
