Unlimited access to a staff of trained technology counselors who can assist REALTORS^® in addressing hardware and software operations, internet connection issues and difficulties associated with other business devices. MAR’s technology counselors also are familiar with desktop operations of the association’s standard forms, MassForms^TM, and can provide basic tech support to complement the services of the MassForms^TM two software providers. There are no limits on the number of lengths of calls to the Helpline, and no passwords for access.
