1. Informs Open house Agent of the purpose of the Open House
2. Provide Agency Disclosure tent card
3. Provide comprehensive listing information
4. Provide Open House sign-in sheet

Responsibility of Open House Agent:

1. Assist Listing Broker in their fiduciary responsibility
2. Ask Buyer to complete all fields of the Open House sign-in sheet
   1. Because Seller requests that all guests register
   2. Insurance liability/security issues
3. Provide complete listing information
4. Follow the “Golden Rule”
5. Secure home as Seller requests
